I have a PST archive containing a large collection of Outlook emails, and I need to convert some of those messages into PDF while keeping their attachments available. The main challenge is finding a method that can handle the mailbox data properly without requiring me to open and save every email individually.

The archive contains multiple folders, and not every message needs to be converted. I would like to preview the PST first, search for the required emails, and then select specific folders or date ranges for conversion. This would be much more convenient than exporting the entire mailbox and sorting through hundreds or thousands of unnecessary PDF files afterward.
