I recently discovered that an old OST file is still available on my computer, but the Outlook profile associated with it has already been deleted. The mailbox contained several years of emails and attachments, so I’m trying to find out whether the data can still be accessed and saved in PST format without recreating the original Outlook profile.

The main issue is that the original account is no longer configured in Outlook. I also don’t have the same Exchange environment available, which makes the usual approach of reconnecting the OST file difficult. I’m mainly interested in recovering the mailbox data that is already stored inside the OST rather than trying to restore the old account.

The file contains more than just emails. There are attachments, folders, contacts, calendar information, tasks, and other Outlook data that I would like to retain. Keeping the original folder and subfolder structure is also important because manually sorting years of recovered messages would take a considerable amount of time.

Features such as date-range filtering, duplicate removal, attachment handling, and support for multiple OST files could be useful, especially if I need to recover data from more than one deleted Outlook profile.
