Working with OFT files outside Outlook can be challenging, especially when you need to share or archive email templates. To convert OFT files to EML, the manual method is possible, but Outlook does not offer a simple OFT to EML export option.
One workaround is to open the OFT template in Outlook, save or move the message into a format another mail client can read, import it there, and then save the message as EML.
