I exported my contacts from Gmail/Outlook, but free converters show errors. Is there any professional CSV to vCard converter that supports multiple email clients?

Non-Standard Field Mapping – Every service exports CSV files that have columns with different names and orders. If the vCard converter is not able to identify or map these fields correctly, then there is a chance that data will still be there but not accessible because the program has not detected it. Special Characters and Formatting – Names, addresses, or notes that have commas, semicolons, or special symbols may result in the breaking of the CSV structure and thus the occurrence of conversion errors. Large File Size – The mass contact exports from Outlook or Gmail maybe have such large sizes that they can exceed the limits for free or basic converters, which in turn lead to the process of conversion only being done partially or not at all. Inconsistent Encoding – CSV files could be encoded in either UTF-8 or ANSI. If the converter is not able to correctly identify the encoding, then some characters will be changed to the incorrect ones. Missing Mandatory vCard Fields – vCard is designed to have certain fields (like name or phone) in a specific format. If there are missing or empty fields, then the process of conversion may not be able to go on as expected.
Trustworthy offline tools such as Softaken CSV to vCard Converter are the ones that can solve these problems, thus enabling batch conversion, accurate field mapping, and the use of the right encoding for smooth vCard export.
