This usually happens because Excel itself doesn’t understand contact labels like Mobile, Work, or Home the way vCard does. When you export using CSV or manual methods, those labels often get dropped or merged. A dedicated Excel to vCard converter solves this by mapping Excel columns correctly to vCard fields. I faced the same issue and switched to Softaken Excel to vCard Converter. It preserved all phone labels and emails properly, which fixed the problem during import to my phone and email clients.
