I am facing an issue while trying to shrink a large PST file in Microsoft Outlook. Even after deleting unnecessary emails and emptying the Deleted Items folder, the PST size is not reducing. Outlook’s Compact Now option also seems to take too long or does not reduce the file size effectively. Has anyone experienced this issue before? What are the working methods or reliable steps to properly shrink or compact a large PST file?
