I am facing an issue with Microsoft Outlook where my PST file appears to be locked, and I am unable to access my old email data. Whenever I try to open Outlook or attach the PST file, I get an error saying the file is in use or cannot be accessed. This PST file contains important archived emails, contacts, and attachments collected over several years. I have already tried restarting Outlook and my system, but the problem persists.
