I am currently facing an issue while importing large PST files into my mail server. The server has size restrictions, and whenever I try to import PST files larger than the allowed limit, the process either fails or gets corrupted. I want to know if there's a way to reduce or bypass PST import size limits in the mail server without losing any data. Has anyone dealt with this situation before? What methods or tools can I use to safely split or compress PST files so they can be imported successfully into the mail server?
PST (Personal Storage Table) files are used in Microsoft Outlook to store data such as emails, contacts, calendars, etc. When we import large PST files to a mail server, many times there are problems in the import due to the size limit. Therefore, it is important to reduce or set PST import size limits correctly so that data can be imported easily and without any interruption. I recently used the DataVare Outlook PST Compact Expert Tool, and my experience was very good. This tool compacts my large PST files easily and quickly, which has improved Outlook's performance. Its interface is very user-friendly and does not require any technical knowledge. If you also want to reduce the size of PST files and make Outlook run smoothly, then I would recommend it.
