PST files are great for backup, but extremely restrictive for sharing, reviewing, and archiving because they rely on MS Outlook. We faced this issue recently when reviewing old project communication during an internal compliance audit. The legal team preferred PDFs since they are secure, portable, and can be opened on any OS without needing Outlook. That led us to search for a reliable way to convert PST to PDF in bulk. Manual conversion methods didn’t help due to single-email limitations and the need for Outlook configuration. Instead, we switched to SysInfo PST Converter Tool, which runs independently and supports batch processing to convert multiple PSTs at once while keeping attachments, formatting, and email metadata intact. The mailbox hierarchy is preserved too, so folders like Inbox, Sent, or Custom Groups remain in order. The preview option allowed us to verify content before exporting, and the date-based filtering reduced excess data. What impressed us further was its capability to handle large PST files without lag or corruption and support other formats such as CSV, ICS, MBOX, and MSG for broader compatibility.
