Struggling with giant Outlook PST files that slow everything down? The Aryson PST Splitter Tool makes it easy to break large PSTs into smaller ones by size, folder, or date. You don’t need Outlook to use it, and it handles both ANSI and Unicode PSTs seamlessly. It keeps your folder structure and metadata intact and even lets you preview files before splitting. Moreover, it supports batch splitting—so you can split up multiple PSTs in one session.

If you need to divide an Outlook PST file, the best option is to use an established independent solution like the Softaken Outlook PST Split Expert solution. I have used it personally, and it makes the process quite straightforward. Simply install the application, choose your PST file, and specify how you want it divided (by size, date, year or folder) and the software will handle the rest. It preserves all of your dat, including emails, attachments, and contacts, and is compatible with all versions of Outlook, even if Outlook is not installed on your PC. It is an excellent option for managing large PST files while avoiding corruption difficulties. There is also a free demo if you want to try it out first.
