I have been using Microsoft Outlook for quite a long time, and my PST file size has grown really large, causing Outlook to slow down and take up too much space on my system. I want to free up some storage without losing any of my important emails or attachments. Is there any reliable way to compress a PST file in Outlook? Do I need to use Outlook’s options, or should I consider third-party tools? Please suggest the best and safest method to reduce the PST file size effectively.
I have been using Outlook for a long time, and the size of my PST file has gone up to more than 10 GB, which has slowed down Outlook.
