I recently tried to open an old Outlook PST file, but I can not access it because I forgot the password that was set on it. The file contains some important emails and contacts that I really need. Unfortunately, I do not have the password written anywhere, and I have already tried a few guesses, but I have not been lucky. Has anyone faced a similar issue? What are the best ways to recover or remove the password from a PST file so that I can open it again? Are there any reliable tools or manual methods that actually work?
The entire data of your emails, contacts, calendar, etc., is saved in the Outlook PST file. But if you have forgotten the password of the PST file, then it can be difficult to open it. In such a case, there is no need to panic. Recently, I forgot the password of my Outlook PST file and was very upset because it contained important emails. After trying many methods, I used the GainTools PST Password Recovery Software. This tool is very easy and recovered my password in a few minutes. The best part is that it removes the password without damaging the data. If you have also forgotten the PST file password, then definitely try this tool.
