Just wanted to share my recent experience because I know a lot of folks here struggle with Office 365 migrations. I had to move mailboxes from a mix of hosted Exchange + domain-based emails into Microsoft 365 Business, and after looking at the native options (cutover, IMAP, etc.), I realized they were way too limited for what I needed.
