I recently tried the MailsDaddy Exchange to Office 365 Migration Tool and one thing that impressed me was how friendly it is for non-technical users. The interface is intuitive: you can browse your EDB file, map mailboxes manually or via CSV, apply filters, and begin migration without writing PowerShell scripts. The tool even repairs corrupted Exchange EDB files before migrating them. For someone whose expertise is not deeply technical, this lowers the barrier of entry a lot. If you're considering migrating from an older on-prem Exchange (2007, 2010 etc.) to Office 365, this kind of simplicity is a big plus.

I know a lot of admins and IT teams are planning to move from Exchange Server 2019 to Office 365 (Microsoft 365), and it can be a bit overwhelming given the number of methods and risks involved. Things like maintaining data integrity, minimizing downtime, handling large mailboxes, and ensuring a secure migration path are always top concerns.

I recently came across this in-depth guide that covers step-by-step ways to migrate Exchange 2019 mailboxes to Office 365, including:

Native methods (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid migration)

Key points to consider before starting, like permissions, mailbox size, and coexistence
